PDW UPDATE 09.09.2024
THANK YOU!
Thank you to everyone who has sent us an Expression of Interest to be a part of Perth Design Week in 2025. It’s great to see so many 2024 collaborators back on board for next year and lots of new people too!
We are working through all of the applications and will contact everyone individually over the next few weeks.
A number of people have been in touch to say they are still working on their proposal. No problem - just send us an email or call. It’s not too late.
We are excited about the program taking shape for the third Perth Design Week, to be held in Perth City / Boorloo and surrounds from March 20 - 27, 2025.
As with the last two years, PDW 2025 will be a ‘coalition of the willing’ - with events and content created by a diverse range of organisations aligned across one week. Events must have a design focus, promoting design and associated industries, and must be self funded.
WORLD GREEN BUILDING WEEK
This week is World Green Building Week, the world’s largest annual campaign to accelerate sustainable built environments across the globe. Organised by the World Green Building Council, it is led by a global network of over 75 Green Building Councils and their 46,000 members.
This year’s campaign is focused on three steps for Building the Transition: Reduce, Electrify, Adapt. It's a call to the building and construction industry to showcase local solutions that explain how we can achieve a decarbonised and resilient built environment. #BuildingTheTransition #WGBW24
To be a part of the conversation, you can join Cundall’s online event “World Green Building Week in Australia - Joining the dots for healthy communities: practical approaches to wellbeing and urban renewal”.
